These will vary from person to person but most will fall into the normal range of 70-100 before a person is considered diabetic. There are many factors to take into consideration before a person is classified as being diabetic such as family history, age, gender and weight just to name a few.

In most normal individuals blood sugar is measured under different circumstances. Fasting blood sugar levels or glucose levels are normally done between six and eight hours after the last meal. Most frequently a blood glucose range will be tested before breakfast in the morning.

After we eat a meal the blood glucose level will rise and won’t generally get above 135 to 140. If a blood glucose level gets below 100 it is referred to as being hypoglycemic or a person with low blood sugar while if it gets up above 140, a person is referred to as being hyperglycemic which means that person falls into the high ranges.

When it comes to blood glucose ranges it is key and essential to keep yours healthy, managed and maintained so that you don’t suffer from other medical problems that may arise such as kidney failure, stroke, heart attack, weakness, infections, neuropathy, poor eyesight and many other problems as well.

You are only given one body, so why throw that away when all you need to do is take care of it and make it last, giving you many more happy and healthy years

For a diabetic, a healthy blood sugar level is very easily maintained with the right diet and exercise and without the proper diet and exercise a diabetic can send their bodies into overdrive.

For diabetics having a healthy blood sugar level is very important because without it their bodies can start having bad reactions and even start shutting down. Diabetics have to maintain a healthy blood sugar level or otherwise their organs don’t work together in sync and start working into overdrive which causes diabetics to get sick and their kidneys can start shutting down which for a diabetic can mean very bad things such as being placed on kidney dialysis 3-4 times a week so that they can function and live properly and safely.

A healthy blood sugar level is very important to a diabetic because by having a good healthy blood sugar level you can maintain your health and keep your body healthy and intact by having it all together and working together properly without any complications or problems.

For a diabetic a healthy blood sugar level is considered between the range of 74-115 and anything above that or below that is considered bad for a diabetic. In order to keep all of the organs properly working and everything running smoothly together and diabetic needs to keep a watchful eye on their diabetes and make sure that they are healthy and well maintained.

What is a normal glucose level? This question even for doctor’s these days is a tough one because so many people don’t rely on standard readings anymore they rely on what is normal for that particular patient or diabetic.

 A normal glucose level, ranges from patient to patient because what may be normal for me may not be normal for you. Glucose levels also vary from day to day because some people have normal glucose levels for fasting while others have normal glucose levels because of eating everyone has different “normal glucose levels”.

A normal glucose level is a good range to have which generally falls in the category of between 70-115/120. If you get higher readings then you could fall into being a hyperglycemic with high blood glucose and if you fall below the 70 range you could be classified as a hypoglycemic with low blood glucose levels.

What is a normal glucose level depends on many different factors such as age, weight, ethnic background, family history and also what type of glucose level you are checking. Naturally if you are checking for a fasting glucose level the readings are going to be lower than if you are checking for a glucose level throughout the day after you have eaten a meal such as lunch or dinner.

What a normal glucose level is, all depends on many things –  but by being able to have a normal range to go on it prepares people to know warning signs and symptoms of other problems and conditions if it arises. Why sit back and let something go misdiagnosed or untreated because you aren’t sure of the warning signs and symptoms when you can take care of it as it needs to be taken care of. Diabetics not monitoring their blood sugar levels correctly can be dangerous!
