Who doesn’t love fudge? Diabetics seem to think that just because they have to properly manage their diabetes and their sugar intake then they can’t partake in any type of tasty, delicious foods and desserts because they have too much sugar in them. Easy chocolate fudge
1 14 1/2 oz. evaporated milk
3 tb Cocoa
1/4 c Oleo
Liquid Sweetner to equal to 1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
2 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c Nuts
Combine milk and cocoa in saucepan. Beat well. Add oleo, sweetner, salt. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup graham crackers. Cool about 15 minutes. Divide mixture into 32 balls. Roll in remaining cracker crumbs and chill.

Fast and Easy Fudge
16oz cream cheese, 2 squares chocolate unsweetened 1-oz each, 1/2 cup Splenda, 1tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup nuts : melt chocolate. In small bowl beat cream cheese, chocolate, splenda, vanilla until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour in well greased 8″ dish yield about 16 pieces will be soft.
